1. Overview

FlexiSubs provides access to assets through a structured subscription model. As customers receive immediate use of the asset, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

Our objective is to ensure fair usage while maintaining product quality and service sustainability.


2. Returns

Customers may return an asset under the following circumstances:

End of Subscription Term

At the end of the agreed subscription period, customers may:

  • Ownership of the subscribed item transfers to the customer
  • Upgrade to a different asset
  • Renew the subscription where available

Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Any damage beyond reasonable use may result in repair or replacement charges.

Early Return

Customers may request an early return subject to:

  • Applicable notice period
  • Settlement of any outstanding subscription fees
  • Applicable early termination fees, if stated in the agreement
  • Asset inspection upon return

FlexiSubs reserves the right to determine whether the returned asset meets acceptable condition standards.


3. Refunds

Due to the nature of subscription-based access, refunds are generally not provided once the asset has been issued and the subscription period has commenced.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Incorrect amount charged due to system error
  • Asset not delivered or not made available as agreed
  • Subscription cancelled before asset collection or delivery
  • Verified billing discrepancies

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If an asset is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects or normal use:

  • Customers must notify FlexiSubs within a reasonable period
  • FlexiSubs may arrange repair, replacement, or alternative solution
  • No penalty will apply where the fault is not caused by misuse

Damage caused by negligence, improper use, or unauthorized modification may result in repair or replacement costs.


5. Inspection Process

All returned assets may undergo inspection to assess:

  • Functional condition
  • Physical condition
  • Missing components or accessories
  • Signs of misuse or excessive wear

Any applicable charges will be communicated before processing closure of the subscription.


6. Processing Time

Where refunds are approved:

  • Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days
  • Timeframes may vary depending on payment provider
  • Customers will be notified once the refund has been processed

7. Non-Return of Asset

Failure to return the asset when required may result in:

  • Continued billing
  • Recovery action
  • Additional fees as outlined in the subscription agreement

FlexiSubs — Ownership at End of Subscription

At the end of the subscription term, ownership of the subscribed item transfers to the customer, provided that:

  • All required monthly subscription payments have been successfully completed
  • The account is fully settled with no outstanding balances
  • All contractual obligations under the subscription agreement have been met

Once the subscription period is completed and all payments are fulfilled, the customer becomes the full owner of the asset, with no further payment obligations relating to that item.

This structure enables customers to access essential products immediately while spreading the cost over time, ultimately allowing them to own the asset without requiring a large upfront payment.
